This cartrage holds insert RCGN-32, which is a 3/8" x 1/4" thick, Positive Rake CBN or PCD insert.  Generally use to surface iron blocks with sleeves.  However, PCD inserts can be used to surface aluminum in this cartridge to derive superior finishes.
 
Use our other cartridge for iron blocks and heads.
